Unable to play

When I try to play the beta, I get a still image on the monitor and a loading screen on vr and nothing happens.

I have Win10, HTC Vive, 1080TI, i7-6700K, latest nvidia drivers. Tried restarting the PC but that did not help.
I also tried disabling the option "Use Desktop Game Theatre while SteamVR is active" but then I got this message and it did not change anything:
